How long is the Hire period?
Our items are for available for 24 Hours Hire. We would usually set up on the morning of the Event and collect the following day, liaising with your venue throughout.
For corporate or longer hire periods please get in touch for a personalised quote.
How much is the Deposit?
We require a £50 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date.
The remaining balance is then due 7 days before the booking date. Simple!
Can you set up outside?
There are very few times we can set up outside - the British weather can be very unforgiving!

Do you need access to power?
All of our Light Up Letters and Numbers require power.
We just need access to one plug socket and we will do the rest!

Our Floral Circle is 7ft Tall / Floral CIRCLE+ is 2.3m Diameter

Our Rustic Letters are 4ft Tall
Our Rustic Numberts are 5ft Tall
They are freestanding, backed and have legs for extra safety
What if I need to cancel?
We hope you don't need to cancel, but please see the T&C's relating to your individual booking for our cancellation policy
